Your installation technician should have copied this important information near the end of your Rogers Yahoo! User Guide.

Registration key and number for Rogers Mobile Hi-Speed Internet
customers using a Mobile Internet Ready laptop, RocketTM Stick or Access card, can be found in their confirmation email or Wireless Service Agreement.

Contact Rogers Live Support to get your Registration Key and Registration Number
A Rogers e-chat representative can provide you with your Registration Key and Registration Number.

Use your Rogers Cable bill to get your Registration Key and Registration Number
If the Registration Number is not located on the last page of your User Guide (or you do not have a User Guide) you can use your Rogers bill/invoice to get your Registration Key and Registration Number.

Option 1: Check near the end of your Rogers Yahoo! User Guide.
The installation technician who installed your Rogers Hi-Speed Internet service should have copied your Registration Key and Registration Number near the end of your Rogers Yahoo! User Guide as shown in the picture below.

Option 2: Rogers Mobile Internet customers
Rogers Mobile Internet service customers using a Mobile Internet Ready laptop, RocketTM Stick or Access card:
- If you activated online using Rogers ActivateNow, the registration key and number have been emailed to you as part of your confirmatin email. The confirmatin email was sent to the email address your entered during ActivateNow setup.
- If you activated in-store or on the phone, your registratin key and number have been included in your Wireless Service Agreement or Account Maintenance Agreemetn, under the section Comment/Special Instructions.

Option 4: Use your Rogers Cable bill/invoice to get your Registration Key and Registration Number
If the information is not on the last page of your Rogers Yahoo! User Guide or you do not have a User Guide, you can still get your Registration Key and Registration Number from your Rogers bill/invoice. Here's how:
- Locate your Rogers bill/invoice.

Look for your Account Number at the upper right of your cable bill as shown in the picture below.
- Your Registration Key will be your Account Number (remove any spaces or dashes) with an 'S' in front of it. For example, if your account number is 251-123456789, then your Registration Key will be S251123456789. Key
- Your Registration Number will be the last 4 digits of your home phone number REPEATED TWICE. Note: Use the home phone number for the billing address of your Rogers service. For example, If your phone number is 416-555-6789, then your Registration Number will be: 67896789
